Fantasy / "Potteresque" multi-scale buildings

Those of you who have read my previous musings on Hornby's use (or misuse) of the venerable Bassett-Lowke brand name might well consider that I eschew all fantasy aspects of railway modelling or wargaming. That would not be correct, I can appreciate a good fictional story or scenario whether set in a mythical past or future. A modest example might be my fond memories of the Tri-ang NATO (later rebranded Battle-Space) toys. Despite the complete lack of plot consequences from the introduction of the "time-spinner" I admit that I enjoyed the Harry Potter film series, It had a decent steam train in it after all and the Hogsmeade station is not too bad. What I hope to provide here are some fantasy potteresque styled buildings that might be used to provide residents of Hogsmeade or elsewhere with somewhere to live. All of the models depicted on this page are the "wargaming" type of design, split in to levels with floors, most were intended for 28mm figures but will print for OO/Ho or indeed larger scales. There is the potential for swap-over, in this instance the Inventor's House and Mansion 1 might sit well with the steampunk range.
