Here I suggest some "wargaming" rather than "printed kit" style models that might not look out of place amongst the "americana" items

Ellis Building

This model is from the same designer as the steampunk range but the style is quite modern. It can be either extended upwards with additional floors or the roof placed directly on the lower level.

This is a large print to represent the "hook and Ladder 8" fire house used as the Ghostbusters base. 1:64 and larger versions of the Ecto-1 Cadillac have been produced and it would not surprise me if a 1:87 version was available also. With some careful relabelling it can be put to any other purpose requiring a sturdily built three storey building, use it as an industrial building, put a small shopping arcade or market in the ground floor with the upper levels as storage, offices or converted to flats.
